Whimsigo puzzles are designed to bring a sense of joy, whimsy, and calm to your day. From using premium eco-friendly materials, like Blue Eska Board, and biodegradable piece bags, to thoughtfully designed artwork, every detail is chosen to create a puzzle experience you’ll want to return to again and again.
Whimsigo puzzles are made using Blue Eska Board, a premium puzzle-grade board known for its thickness, durability, and smooth feel. This material helps each piece feel substantial in your hands and keeps the finished puzzle flat and sturdy. It is also made from 100% recycled paper.
Our puzzles feature a smooth, low-glare finish that keeps colors vibrant while minimizing shine under most lighting. This makes for a comfortable puzzling experience and a beautiful final result.
Finished puzzle dimensions are listed on each product page. Currently, all of our puzzles measure 18 x 24 inches, however we are exploring launching some new sizes in the future. Our puzzles are designed to fit comfortably on standard tables and can be easily framed once completed.
Yes! All Whimsigo puzzles feature carefully curated artwork chosen to feel playful, uplifting, and display-worthy. As part of our commitment to reducing waste and optimizing production, we’ve replaced the traditional printed reference poster. Scan the barcode on the back of the package to explore and zoom into the artwork digitally.
Our 500-piece puzzles feature a random ribbon cut that reduces repetition and creates a more engaging solving experience.
While missing pieces are rare, they can happen, and we’ve got you covered! If you believe your puzzle has a factory defect, simply contact us using our form. Our team will review your request and help find the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement puzzle, store credit, or another appropriate option. Each situation is handled case by case.
We proudly manufacture our jigsaw products in the USA.
Planning something special? We’re happy to help with large gift orders and select bulk custom projects. At this time, we’re unable to support individual custom requests, but we’d love to explore larger projects with you. Just reach out through our contact form, we’re excited to hear your ideas.

Orders & Returns

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for puzzles that are unopened and unused. Just make sure everything is still in its original condition. To start a return, simply reach out through our contact form and include your order number, we’ll take it from there. Misplaced your receipt? Don’t stress, eligible returns may be issued as store credit at the current retail price. Please note: If you purchased your puzzle through a retailer or third-party shop, returns and exchanges will need to be handled directly with them.
We offer flat-rate ground shipping to keep things easy: $5.95 for 1 puzzle / $9.95 for 2 puzzles / Free shipping on orders $50+ (Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost).
Orders are fulfilled from Denver, CO.
We’re pretty quick around here — most orders head out within 3–5 business days. Around holidays or peak seasons, things can take a bit longer, but we’re always hustling to keep things moving.
That’s definitely not the unboxing experience we want for you! If your order arrived damaged, contact us through our form with your order number and details of the damage. We’ll take it from there and work on a fix.
Orders can be changed or canceled if they have not shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
