ABOUT US

Why we do what we do.

It's in our nature! At its heart, Whimsigo exists for one simple reason: To help you slow down. To help you breathe. To help you reconnect with what matters.

In a world that asks us to rush, we make products that invite you to linger. In a world full of noise, we create art that helps you find quiet. In a world obsessed with productivity, we encourage you to enjoy the process. Piece by piece.

The First Pieces

I’ve always been a maker at heart. No matter the role or the company, one thing has never changed—I love creating. Designing websites, developing products, capturing photos, writing stories… there’s something deeply satisfying about piecing ideas together and watching them come to life. It’s
probably why I love puzzles so much. They slow me down, challenge me, and reward patience with clarity—much like the creative process itself.

For years, I worked in marketing, helping small to mid-sized businesses grow their brands and merchandise their products. I learned a lot, and I loved the craft—but something always felt off. I realized I was pouring my energy into building other people’s dreams while quietly setting my own aside.

After a particularly challenging year, that truth became impossible to ignore. If I was going to build something, it needed to be something I truly believed in. And if I was going to build it with anyone, it had to be with my longtime friend and former co-worker, Geoffrey Wanamaker.

Where It All Came Together

Geoff and I previously worked together at a local Colorado startup, where I quickly learned two things about him: he’s relentlessly hardworking, and he has zero tolerance for laziness. When he once told me he was happy to work with anyone, except lazy people, I knew we’d get along just fine.

Nearly seven years later, Geoff had gone on to build and run a thriving family-owned business, Tuft Love, and had proven exactly what I already knew—he knows how to turn ideas into something real and lasting. When I floated a few new business ideas his way, his response was simple: “I’m in. Whatever you want to build, I’ve got your back.” Still not entirely sure what I did to earn that level of trust, but I’m grateful for it every day.

THE FINAL PIECE

Today, this brand is an extension of how I experience the world—through adventure, creativity, and moments that feel worth remembering. My work often starts with something I’ve lived: a winding trail, an unexpected turn, a quiet pause in the middle of motion. Those moments become artwork that’s bold, timeless, and full of personality.

Geoff is the steady compass beside me, my trusted sidekick, keeping things grounded, moving forward, and occasionally reminding me that "yes", this idea can actually exist in the real world. He brings the same drive, grit, and relationship-building know-how to our brand, ensuring that what we create doesn’t just inspire, but also finds its way into the hands of people who will truly value it.

Together, we turn passion into pieces you can hold, hang on your wall, and take with you. We’re building this thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a lot of heart. And yes, we’re just getting started!

Thanks for being here and for supporting our business venture.
